Procedure to Apply as an International Student

Student Side (step 1)

1) Minimum of Grade 12 education equivalent to Canada

2)Provide a Copy of all education Credentials

3) Provide a copy of your passport

4) Provide a copy of your legal status from the country where you're applying from.

5) The name of the Diploma Program you want to Study.

6) Send $500  Application Processing Fee in Canadian Draft

College Side (Step 1)

After Receipt of All Documents from the Student

College will send an offer letter to the student (Course modules, starting date, end date, fees and other courses related information) for student to review and to accept or decline.

Student side (Step 2)

1) Student will send a minimum of 30% fee of the course in draft.

2) Student will send the preferred starting date of the program.

College Side (Step 2)

1) After receiving the Draft, College will send the package to the student (including offer letter, acceptance, Ministry approved, Questionnaires, Immigration approved letter, WSIB and Refund Policy with course outline of the Program

Student Side (step 3)

1) Student will collect the application from the Canadian Embassy and pay the fees of the application.

2) Student will get the financial statement from the financial institution and attach the statement with application along with the following:

  • copy of all Educational credentials

  • Sponsorship letter

  • college package

3) Student will then prepare the above documents and submit it to the embassy

4) Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 weeks for embassy to make  a decision

5) If they accept the student's request, the embassy will ask for medical reports and then after, they will send the study permit.

College Side (Step 3)

1) In case the student's application is rejected, student has to submit the original refusal letter to the college for refund.

2) College will deduct the Administrative expenses and refund the remainder of deposit collected.

3) College will take 3 to 5 weeks to refund after receiving the original refusal letter.
