receiving
the
Draft,
College
will
send
the
package
to
the
student
(including
offer
letter,
acceptance,
Ministry
approved,
Questionnaires,
Immigration
approved
letter,
WSIB
and
Refund
Policy
with
course
outline
of
the
Program
Student
Side

3)
1)
Student
will
collect
the
application
from
the
Canadian
Embassy
and
pay
the
fees
of
the
application.

Student
will
get
the
financial
statement
from
the
financial
institution
and
attach
the
statement
with
application
along
with
the
following:

Student
will
then
prepare
the
above
documents
and
submit
it
to
the
embassy

Sometimes
it
takes
2
to
3
weeks
for
embassy
to
make
a
decision

If
they
accept
the
student's
request,
the
embassy
will
ask
for
medical
reports
and
then
after,
they
will
send
the
study
permit.
College
Side
(Step
3)

In
case
the
student's
application
is
rejected,
student
has
to
submit
the
original
refusal
letter
to
the
college
for
refund.

College
will
deduct
the
Administrative expenses
and
refund
the
remainder
of
deposit
collected.
3)
College
will
take
3
to
5
weeks
to
refund
after
receiving
the
original
refusal
